Registration Policy:


• Registration and cancellation timeline:
  1. Early bird registration deadline September 30, 2023
  2. Late registration deadline October 15, 2023
  3. Spot registration facility will not be available
  4. Cancellation policy: 50% fee will be refunded if the request is received by October 20, 2023
• Registration fee includes the following:
  1. Admission to all sessions of the Symposium, including Inaugural, Plenary, and theme-based sessions
  2. Symposium kit
  3. Spot registration facility will not be available
  4. Lunch, Dinner and Tea/Coffee during the Symposium
  5. Certificate of Participation
• Registration fee for accompanying person includes:
